Provides the ability to rebate ATM surcharges to specific groups of members.
You set the maximum number of surcharges to rebate per member for the period, as well as the maximum dollar amount of rebate per surcharged transaction. This program gives you the ability to report on all transactions/accounts that have paid a surcharge for a specific period.

- Table of BINs and card types to load data
- List of Spectrum commands to exclude from loading
Fields loaded to the PSCHRGE database:
Account, Suffix, Entry-Date, Sequence, File-ID, ATM-ID, Reg E Key, Network –
Sequence,
Network date, Settle amount, Surcharge amount

- Run mode – Update or NoUpdate
- Maximum amount to rebate per surcharge
- Maximum number of surcharges per period
