This utility creates a new ATM-FILE record based on information in an old record.
If the old PIN was created using either DES or Diebold algorithms, a new PIN-Offset is created that will allow the old PIN to be used on the new card.
- Features:
- Converts data from an existing card record to a new record.
- Can convert DES or Diebold algorithms so that the old PIN works on the new card for the member's convenience.
- Converting the PINs saves money by reducing the cost of mailing the card and a separate PIN mailer, and increases member satisfaction.
- Allows defaulting of data at a field level, to automatically populate or override from their current values.
- Can use DFILES - Plastic Records to obtain the next card record so it is compatible with front office card issues. Also compatible with many other card numbering formats for almost limitless layout options.
- Ability to split a single record with two names into two individual card records.
- Detail report of cards produced and full exception reporting.
- Validates card numbers before creation to eliminate the possibility of duplicating a card number on a different account.
