This product automates the activation of new and reissued on-line debit cards using Call24.
Reissued cards use the existing PAN, allowing members to keep their PIN and have no interruption in automatic debits (ACH)— allows new cards to be sent out as inactive. Minor modifications to the existing card order processes will be necessary.

- 24-hour card activation using Call24 as the member interface
- Does not require that the member have a Call24 PIN
- One card mode allows cards to be activated through a Spectrum macro
- 24-hour card deactivation and hot carding
- Negative file updates automatically sent to ATM networks and in-house ATM
controllers
- Expiring cards are reissued using the same PAN allowing new cards to be sent out in an inactive state
- Activation of the reissued card automatically deactivates the old card
- Optional deactivation of ATM card when issuing a new debit card
- All cards with activations or attempted activations will show up on daily report detailing the activity
- All cards with deactivations or attempted deactivations will show up on a separate daily report detailing this activity
